Job Duties:

  • Loudspeaker research, design, assembly, measurement, and testing
  • Creation of audio presets
  • Selection of program music for demos
  • Creation of presets, patches and DSP signal chains
  • Onsite validation and testing
  • Translate product requirements into production-ready loudspeaker options
  • Work independently on loudspeaker design and work as part of the team to achieve objectives
  • Develop production-ready designs and maintain highest performance throughout the development cycle
  • Support manufacturing startup and continuous engineering
  • Provide input to marketing in setting product requirements for new products
  • Ensure the highest level of performance and sound quality faithful to our signature tone of the product
  • Stress testing of components and electronics
  • Product certification & testing
  • Sound design research of PK cabinets
  • Sound design, quality control and troubleshooting of speaker installations to ensure PK standards
  • Cross-training of R&D members/PK staff in audio concepts as required
